ReignRouter Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ReignRouter ("the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our app. ReignRouter is developed by Josiah Thobejane / OvalU Tech.

Router usage data: information about the routers you add and manage within the app, including connection and usage activity associated with those routers.
Router nicknames: custom names you assign to your routers within the app.
Analytics and diagnostic data: we use analytics and crash-reporting services (such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics) to understand how the app is used and to identify and fix crashes. This may include device information, app usage events, and crash logs.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and operate the core features of the app, such as displaying and organizing your routers by the nicknames you set.
Monitor app stability and performance, and diagnose and fix bugs or crashes.
Understand overall usage trends to improve the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with third-party service providers who process it on our behalf, such as Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and terms.

Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain router usage data and nicknames for as long as your account/app data exists, or until you delete the associated router entries or request deletion as described below.

You can remove routers and their nicknames directly within the app at any time. To request access to, or deletion of, data we hold about you, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

ReignRouter is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
